Government approves 2011 blueprint budget
September 04, 2010. The Armenian government has approved today a blueprint text version of next year’s budget and the schedule of relating discussions with participation of prime minister Tigran Sarkisian that are to kick off September 6. Russian investments in Armenian economy in Jan.-July grew to $116.9 million
September 02, 2010. In the first seven months of this year Russian companies invested a total of $116.9 million in Armenian economy, including $85.8 million of direct investments. According to the latest data, released by the National Statistical Services, Russian investments accounted for 35.7% of all foreign investments in Armenia’s real economy sector and for 38.9% of all direct investments. Compared with the first seven months of 2009 Russian investments grew by 56.7% and direct investments by 51%. In both terms Russia was the leading investors in Armenian economy...

Construction of new unit for Armenian nuclear power plant planned to be launched in 2012
September 02, 2010. The construction of a new unit for Armenian Nuclear Power Plant is planned to be launched in 2012, and preparations for the construction in 2011, Areg Galstyan, Armenian deputy energy minister, said Tuesday at a news conference. Armenia plans to build a new 1000-megawatt unit. The construction is estimated to cost $5 billion.

The company of money collection for reconstruction of Tatev monastery started
