CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
•Check-in time is 13.00
•Check-out time is 12:00 noon
•If you would like to guarantee your early arrival, normally the hotel will require you to book the room one night in advance. Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed for an early arrival if not pre-booked
•For late check-out until 19:00 o'clock 50% of the room rate is chargeable
CANCELLATION POLICY
•All room reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number.
•An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation automatically.
•All amendments and cancellations should be done two days (48h) prior to arrival date: failure to do this will result in one night cancellation fee.
•In case of “no show” the hotel is allowed to charge one night fee.

BEST WESTERN CONGRESS HOTEL CONFERENCE FACILITIES
 The Best Western Congress Hotel premises enjoy a convenient location in the heart of Yerevan and have a number of conference facilities which are available for use by local and international organizations.
These include Combined Meeting Room comprising of two boardrooms KLIMT & MIRO for up to 50 delegates, “Picasso” Hall housing up to 100 delegates in theatre style; Ball Room suitable for Official Presentations with capacity up to 250 participants; the elegant Italian Terrace Dining Room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool is up to 150 guests in informal style, or up to 80 for formal meals and Restaurant “Raffaello” is an ideal place for banquets and other corporate events.
These areas are designed to provide clients with a comfortable environment for official and informal meetings and networking.
Audio visual facilities are available, including data projectors, wireless microphones, simultaneous translation, etc. The audio visual support systems and the catering are currently available on request.

 Restaurant “Raffaello” is an ideal place where you can enjoy the traditional Italian dishes with a hint of Armenian cuisine.
Serving real Italian food we will let you feel the spirit of Italy. Our menu is based on authentic Italian recipes with traditional cooking methods. Visitors do not have to be in Italy to enjoy home-made pasta, special cured meats, variety of Italian cheeses, traditional sweet pastries, espresso and cappuccino. A wide selection of Italian and Armenian wines is available to accompany your meal. All the ingredients are fresh and are imported from Italy to maintain the natural taste and flavors.Beside Italian cuisine we offer you traditional dishes from the Armenian cuisine. “Caribbean” Open-Air Swimming Pool
 The open-air “Caribbean” swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful garden is open from May until October from 9.00 to 22.00 and it is a free of charge service for living guests.
It is the right place to relax after a hard and tiring day. The deepest part of the pool is 2,70m. The length of the pool is 8,35m. The water is heated up to a temperature of 25 C. The visitors with children can be feel safe because there is a special mini pool for children, the depth of which is 70 cm.
At our swimming pool you can try the tastiest barbeque cooked by a specialist, enjoy real Italian pizza during our frequent PIZZA PARTIES and drink Caribbean special cocktails at our pool bar.
And…to keep you in shape!! Take part in our brand new Aqua gym courses, three times a week, free entrance for our living guests. Living here, you are the special guest to our Latino Jazz parties that are organized regularly.
