“Family Care” foundation was founded in 1998, in Armenia. The office is located in Yerevan. The aim of the organization is to improve the living conditions and health of the people taking into consideration the specific needs of the population of Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh.


Family Care Foundation makes up and carries out different humanitarian programs aimed at achieving positive changes in people’s lives in these regions. The foundation pays a special attention to the regions which suffered from the 1988 earthquake, as well as to the needs and interests of children and healthcare.
Soon after the earthquake “Family Care” founded an art school in Spitak, one of the cities most affected by the earthquake, where the experienced and attentive teachers teach young children and teenagers applied art of ceramics, develop their aesthetic taste and the creative potential of children, thanks to which children get a chance of self-expression while creating real pieces of art. Works of the young alumni of the Art School are presented in the exhibition hall in the hotel “Villa Delenda”.
One of the main directions of the activity of the foundation is the development of tourism in Armenia and the establishment of cultural links between Armenia and abroad. The foundation offers the guests of Armenia hotel and tourist services. Actually the “Family Care” presents the following hotels in Yerevan: “Villa Delenda” and “Residence Ayghedzor”. The hotels fit the international standards and requirements, the guests are offered rooms with refined interior design and high quality cuisine. The guests of the hotel also have the opportunity to get acquainted with Armenian national traditions, art and culture.



The Description of the Hotel “Villa Delenda”

The building where the hotel is located was built in 1906 as a private residence of the Mnatzakanyan brothers and is located in the very heart of Yerevan. The building has maintained its original and unique style harmonically combining classical Armenian style of the beginning of the previous century with an original interior design.



The hotel “Villa Delenda” is a real small museum: the greatest part of the interior details are old antiques which were carefully selected and collected by the founder of the hotel, Dr. Antonio Montalto, from different regions of Armenia: furniture made by the best masters of Armenia, accessories and old hand-made carpets and much more. In the design of the exterior and interior of the hotel only natural materials were used. The interior design combines in an original and harmonic way the old and the modern giving the guests the opportunity of a comfortable “trip to the past”.

There is a total number of 6 rooms which are offered to individual tourists as well as to groups of 15 people. The hotel has a small restaurant where the breakfast and also dinner (if the guests want) are served. The hotel also has laundry and dry cleaning service, a showroom where the works of the pupils of the Art School are presented (ceramics).

The check-in time is 13.00 and the check-out time is 11.00.

Additional payment- 10.000 AMD per person.

The description of the hotel “Residence Ayghedzor”

The hotel “Residence Ayghedzor” is located in a picturesque and environmentally clean corner of Yerevan- in Ayghedzor, from where a beautiful view of the city opens in front of you.

The four-storied building represents a harmonic combination of modern architecture and national elements.
Just like that of “Villa Delenda” the interior of the hotel is distinguished by its original design and delicate selection of colours. Here one can also find unique antiques which recreate in a perfect way the romantic atmosphere of the beginning and the middle of the 20th century due to the extraordinary and eclectic design of the interior of the rooms. It should be noted that natural materials have been used in the exterior and interior design of the hotel. The rooms are equally comfortable both for the tourists and those who visit Yerevan on a business trip.

The hotel offers 16 rooms which have a possibility to accomodate groups reaching 40 persons. The hotel also has apartment possibilities (the price is upon agreement).
